Storage Tips

🍞 Enjoy fresh, simply sealed

Keep your loaf in its original bag at room temperature and enjoy within the first few days for the best texture and flavour.

🍞 Freeze for later

If you’re not finishing the loaf within 2–3 days, slice and freeze it. It toasts beautifully straight from frozen — perfect for breakfasts and quick meals.

🍞 Avoid the fridge

Refrigeration dries sourdough out and makes it go stale faster. Room temperature is always best for keeping it soft and flavourful.

🍞 Tip: A quick toast or warm oven refresh brings back that just-baked magic.
