Nibbler

Small in size, big in flavour.

A smaller sourdough loaf, about half the size of the Classic, but every bit as satisfying. Ideal for solo households, lighter meals, or trying something new without committing to a full loaf.

Classic

The one that started it all.

Simple, honest, and full of flavour. Made with just three ingredients - flour, water, and salt - and naturally fermented for rich character and a beautifully chewy crumb.

Brown Classic

A deeper, more developed flavour.

Made with the same simple ingredients, but with a slightly longer fermentation to help break down the bran and bring out a richer, more complex flavour. A wholesome loaf with a heartier texture and a more grounded, earthy taste.

Himalayan Salt Classic

A touch of something special.

A unique take on our Classic, made with Himalayan pink salt for a richer mineral profile and a delicate finish. No regular salt- just the real deal.

Garlic Classic

Aromatic and irresistible.

Roasted garlic is folded gently through our classic dough, infusing every bite with rich, mellow flavour. A perfect partner for soup night or snacking straight from the bag.

Weekender

A little larger, for slower days.

Our full-size loaf, perfect for families or long, lazy weekends. Bigger in size but just as honest in flavour. Choose brown or white, and enjoy it fresh or toasted all weekend long.
